Information Security Basic Policy

the purpose

 As a position related to the intellectual property of customers, we respond to high demands from customers for information security, recognize information security as an important management issue in order to gain the trust appropriate for those skilled in the art, and tackle this issue as a whole. It will be a thing.
 From the above point of view, we will formulate, implement and promote this basic policy as a guideline to properly handle information assets in our company and protect them from leakage and falsification regardless of intentional or negligence.

Basic principles
  1. Information that we should protect
    • Confidential information about customers (companies, organizations, etc.).
    • Our business know-how and business manual.
  2. Main challenges to recognize
    • Information leakage due to unauthorized access.
    • Information leakage by physical means by outsiders.
    • Information leakage due to intentional or negligence of in-house workers.
    • Among other information security problems that can be expected in business execution, there are issues that can be expected to be sufficiently cost-effective.
  3. Countermeasure policy
    • Based on the "ISMS Manual" specified separately, take appropriate measures for information security and pay strict attention to the handling of information.
    • Take measures to provide trust to customers so that they are consistent with business execution.
    • Create an environment in which it is difficult for in-house workers to take over.
    • We will comply with laws, regulations, and contracts with customers.

Physical security

We pay particular attention to security in order to protect our customers' important technical information.
The entrance to the company is always locked, and the analysis room is auto-locked to prevent the intrusion of third parties.In addition, in the elevator hall, all visitors and exits are recorded and managed by surveillance cameras.

Confidentiality

We have established business secret management regulations and are working to prevent leakage of confidential information.
Employees are obliged not only to maintain confidentiality under the rules of employment, but also to submit a non-disclosure agreement to the company.

ISO / IEC27001 certification

Aztec has acquired ISO / IEC 27001 certification, an international standard for information security management systems (ISMS), company-wide. ISMS (ISO27001) is an abbreviation of "Information Security Management System" and aims to establish a management system to ensure security.
