Hashima　I think it was the best result of winning the highest award of gold certification or higher. Looking back at the tournament, how was it?

Kudo　I was simply surprised.Will I be able to get certified the first year I participate?That's what it felt like.Eight years later, it won the grand prize.I think I can do this.

Hashima　I agree.I have watched Kudo-san since the first year he participated, and he seems to have absorbed what I taught him and put what he learned into practice in both his daily work and the competition.I'm really happy that I've steadily stepped up my certification from bronze to silver, and finally won the gold certification and the highest award.

Hashima　Participating every year and getting gold certification is a great encouragement for those who haven't participated yet and those who have only participated a few times and haven't been certified yet.

Hashima　Mr. FujitaAwards in the pastThere was, but it was a long time since I participated, and I got gold certification.How did you feel about the tournament after a long absence?

(I.e.　I participated for the first time in nine years.The reason why I decided to participate after a long absence was that the training for preparation for competitions was beneficial to me, so I decided to make use of what I had learned there.I am very happy that I was able to get gold certification.

Hashima　As one of the people who conducted the training, I felt that the training was well received, and that there were people who actually got gold certification and people who thought that they were able to make use of what they had learned after studying. I think there was

(I.e.　I felt that the training was not just for the competition, but that it overlapped with practical work, such as the way of thinking about search formulas.In business, I once again thought that it is important to always be conscious of properly thinking about and communicating search formula strategies to customers.

Hashima　that's right.I'm glad that you got the gist of it.

(I.e.　Also, what I felt was that compared to when I participated in the past, the content has changed to be more practical.I felt that the competition was changing day by day.

Hashima　Mr. Urayama, the first certification in the tournament was a sudden gold certification.Would you like to look back on your first certification?

Urayama　thank you.I dared not prepare for the competition and tried to participate.I usually put the customer first in my research, and I am working on the areas where I lack knowledge and I think I need to work harder.I wanted to try it out in this search competition.As a result, I was able to confirm that the direction of what I have been working on was not wrong because I was able to get the certification.

Hashima　It is wonderful!I think it showed that if you do your daily work well, you will steadily gain strength and be certified.Those who have not yet participated may be motivated.

Urayama　I'm glad that's the case.The search competition is also an index, so there are other skills that are lacking, so I have to make up for those things and prove that this time's gold certification is not a coincidence, so from now on. I think I have to do my best.

Hashima　Mr. Ishizaka, unfortunately, did not get certified, but after listening to the stories of the three parties, what do you feel when you look back?

Ishizaka　This time, I was overwhelmed and my mind went blank.I usually work with everyone, so I wondered if I could do my best next time.I once again felt that it is important to understand what the customer wants and to think and communicate to achieve it.I was not able to reach the certification this time, but next year I will do my best to aim for the bronze certification.

Hashima　In your daily work, you do research while thinking about your customers.I'm sure you'll get results.Let's do our best together!

Hashima　I think there are people in the company who haven't participated in the search competition yet, and there are people who are worried about participating.Do you have a message for those people?

Kudo　You may be afraid of not getting good results, or you may not be good at the exam, but it's an opportunity to test your abilities, and it's also an opportunity to interact with people outside the company, so don't be afraid to take it. I think I want one.

(I.e.　I don't have many opportunities to try out what I usually do, so if you have the opportunity, I would like you to participate.

Urayama　I have the impression that I will study normally.Remote holding allows you to participate in the environment where you usually work, and you don't have to go to the venue in the city, so I would definitely recommend it to people who don't like crowds.
